Changing your daily habits will ultimately change your entire life. It may require a little effort to blend new tailored habits into your existing lifestyle but it will not require too much restriction or sacrifice.
Nutrition is really just part of my program.
What makes us healthy is way more than what we put on our plate. What nourishes us is also our sense of community, our emotional health, relationships, daily movement practices, quality of our sleep and sense of purpose.
began when my daughter and I were both diagnosed consecutively with two different types of seemingly unrelated cancers. This challenging period was followed by years of navigating my daughter’s extremely rare autoimmune disorder.
I wanted to do everything I could to help her and myself, so I embarked on a journey into the world of functional medicine and nutrition which led me to leave my carrier as a lawyer. I pursued a degree in Integrative Nutrition Therapy and began advocating for people on their path to health.
Today, despite receiving an incurable diagnosis and the odds being against my daughter’s full recovery, we are both in good health and thriving.
I dedicate my work to advocate and support people on their unique journeys to health.
I offer one-on-one catching sessions in person and online and workshops including free community workshops held at different locations. Additionally, I volunteer at cancer hospitals and foundations, supporting patients throughout their healing journey.
